Unlocking AI : Unlocking Growth
We understand that taking the first step into AI can be daunting. At AI Solutions we’re here to hold your hand every step of the way.
Rather, than try and do everything at once, we like to start small, and take small incremental steps to introduce your business to AI slowly, at a pace you’re comfortable with. Our FREE AI Discovery Programme is a great place to start and allows you to learn more about how AI can be used in your business, without you committing to anything upfront.
We’ve included answers below to some common questions and concerns we hear related to AI.

FAQs
I'm worried my staff might think they're being replaced by AI
AI isn’t about replacing people – it’s about enhancing productivity, driving efficiency, and unlocking new opportunities.
Our AI solutions are designed to support your team, not replace them. They take care of the repetitive stuff, and can provide out-of-hours support or provide that extra buffer so your staff can focus on the higher-value, human tasks that AI can’t do.
There is no doubt that AI is going to revolutionise the way businesses operate, in the same way the internet did in the late 1990’s. Although many admin-based tasks can be automated, AI also offers new career opportunities to get involved with, in the same way social media and the internet did. Think of AI as helping to replace ‘tasks’, not ‘people’.
AI also offers small and medium sized businesses a golden opportunity to scale their businesses and access resources they would not otherwise been able to access.
What if it doesn’t work?
We aim to provide a risk-free service. Before we take any payment, we work with you to understand your requirements before building your AI solutions.
You and your team will be able to test out your AI solutions in our testing environment and ensure they are performing as you want them to, before anything is made live.
Only when you’re completely satisfied and have approved your AI solutions, will we then make them live.
If (during testing) you decide it’s not for you or you change your mind, that’s fine – no problem, we’ll delete your AI solutions and there’s nothing further to pay.
Do I need technical skills to implement AI?
Not at all. We handle everything. You don’t need to touch any code.
All our services come with FREE lifetime support so if you want to make any amends to any of your AI solutions, we can make any changes whenever you need.
Can I make changes to my AI services later?
Yes of course. Your AI solutions can be amended anytime.
The chances are, you will have new information you’ll want your chatbot or AI agents trained on in the future, so it’s reassuring to know that we can make any changes at anytime, for no extra charge. That’s just how we like to do things to support our clients 🙂
What if I need more than one Chatbot or AI agent?
You can have as many Chatbots or AI agents as you need.
For example, you might find it useful to have one Chatbot to support your customers, a second Chatbot to support your staff, and an AI agent to assit with routine admin tasks.
You can view pricing details on our Chatbots page and AI Agents page.
What about data security?
At South West AI Solutions, we know that data security is the number 1 priority for businesses considering AI adoption. It is for us too!
Whilst AI itself does not inherently cause data breaches, the way it is implemented and managed can impact data security. That’s why we only buid chatbots using GDPR-compliant technologies.
The tools we use are trusted by millions of companies worldwide and adhere to high privacy standards like GDPR.
I’ve heard that AI can makes 'biased' or 'unethical' decisions
Yes it can, if not implemented in the right way. That’s is why we always recommend using a professional AI consultant to help you implement AI solutions in the right way to mitigate against this.
At South West AI Solutions, we help our clients overcome this by defining the specific knowledge sources from which the AI can generate its responses from. This helps to ensure that the outputs are accurate and in line with your business’s and customers’ expectations.
