Our Beliefs
We believe:
- AI isn’t about replacing people; it’s about replacing tasks
- AI is about enhancing your people and amplifying their potential so they can focus on those activities that provide greater value
- The future of business will be shaped by those who learn to use AI not just to work faster, but to think, decide, and lead better
- As business leaders, we have a responsibility to support our staff with this transition and provide a safe and secure environment in which to use it
- Long-term success comes from scalable systems, empowered teams, and values-led leadership.
- The South West has untapped potential and innovation should drive local opportunity, jobs, and sustainable growth.
- True transformation balances vision with structure, and excitement with execution.
Meet the Team
Matt Greaves and Helen Wylde-Archibald first worked together at Wildanet over a period of 5 years, where they shared a vision for technology-driven regional growth.
That collaboration evolved into creating South West AI Solutions – a venture born from their shared passion for innovation, inclusion, and empowering organisations with the tools of the future.
Matt Greaves
CEO and Founder

Matt’s 25 year career has been defined by helping organisations grow and adapt through strategic leadership, project management and effective communication. This experience, particularly in delivering complex, cross-functional projects, underpins his belief in structured, strategic execution and communication – values he now bring to AI consultancy.
After initially approaching AI with scepticism, Matt re-engaged in early 2024 with a fresh perspective. He discovered the power of prompt engineering, built his first AI agent, and began to experience genuine time savings. By 2025, Matt had created more than 10 tailored AI agents and was actively building custom AI solutions for clients.
For many businesses, AI still feels complex and inaccessible. That’s where he saw an opportunity to help. Matt’s strengths lie in helping organisations translate AI into practical solutions that deliver real value – whether that’s through condensing hours of work into seconds, automating communications, or improving customer experiences.
